Typical Configuration
Automotive fuels such as Diesel and Gasoline can be easily loaded and dispensed with the built-in metered pump. The need to have a tanker truck waiting while fuel is being slowly dispensed is eliminated. These units can easily be deployed and loaded with fuel on-site allowing for a rapid and quick fuel station solution on the field. Spill and containment option are available to maintain a clean environment. Each unit is equipped with a prismatic and atmospheric storage tank in a rugged isolation chamber. The equipment to load and dispense fuel is housed so the equipment can be easily accessed for fuel operations and maintenance. Units are available in the following sizes:

Use and Deployment
The Mobile Station can be quickly deployed for all types of uses where permanent fuel distribution is not available or has been disrupted by unrest, natural disasters, or breakdown. This a cost effective way to have fuel supply in multiply areas with little preparation. The Mobile Station is ideal for FOB, construction sites, mining, transportation hubs, short deployments, gas station renovations, and industrial sites. The ease of operation and quick transport gives field personnel a level of comfort that fuel is always available when they need it. As added advantage fuel transport vehicles are freed to giving mission critical operations greater flexibility.

Technical Description
The container is divided into sections, the prismatic and atmospheric storage tank(s) is enclosed in a heat and water proof section, all other components such as electronics, pump, and dispenser are in an easy to access section which is isolated by a heat and water proof wall. The storage tank has primer epoxy coating and 2 layers of epoxy final coating. The equipment housing is welded to frame of the container. The base unit is equipped with a transfer pump with a capacity of 30m3/hour, 1 bar pressure, which utilizes 5.5kW of power to fill and dispense fuel. A fuel dispenser with a capacity of 5.80 l/min, 2.5 bar pressure, which operates on 0.75kW of power. For safety two fire extinguishers are standard, proper grounding based on container size, and a shut off switch. The unit is equipped with a control panel, conduits for electrical wires, a level gauge for stored fuel and tool box for onsite maintenance (tools optional). Galvanized pipes are used for filling-discharge installation between fuel pump and storage tank and installation between dispenser and storage tank. Fuel suction pipe has a check valve connection 5-7cm over the tank bottom this eases suction by means of filling the suction pipe in a steady pace. An impact absorber valve is assembled into fuel transfer installation which behaves as a check valve.
